What Does “Made-to-Order” Mean?
Every NK piece is made to order after your purchase is placed.
This allows us to create each item with care, reduce waste, and offer unique pieces without holding large amounts of stock.
Please allow up to 7 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping time begins after production is complete, not from the day your order is placed.

Nesian Kulture is a Pacific-led, family-built online brand based in Australia.
We serve customers across Australia and worldwide.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept a range of secure payment methods, including major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, and other payment options available at checkout.

What Shipping Option Is Available?
Nesian Kulture currently offers Standard Shipping.
Standard shipping usually takes 12 to 20 business days after production is complete.
Please note: all shipping timeframes begin after production is complete, not from the day your order is placed.
The final shipping option and cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

What Is Your Remote Area Shipping Policy?
Some locations are classified as remote by our courier partners and may require additional shipping charges or longer delivery timeframes.
If your address is considered remote and requires an additional courier charge, we may contact you before dispatch.
Remote area deliveries may take between 20 to 45 business days after production is complete.

Will I Have To Pay Customs Fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not collected by Nesian Kulture and are the responsibility of the customer.
Nesian Kulture is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or delays caused by customs processing.

How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?
Most NK products follow this timeframe:
Production time: up to 7 business days
Standard shipping: 12 to 20 business days after production is complete
Remote and rural areas may take longer. In some cases, delivery may take between 20 to 45 business days after production is complete.
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays can happen due to customs processing, courier delays, peak seasons, public holidays, weather, remote delivery locations, or other issues outside of Nesian Kulture’s control.

How Do I Choose The Right Size?
Please check the size guide on the product page before placing your order.
Most NK products are made to order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection.
If you prefer a relaxed or oversized fit, we recommend comparing the measurements in the size guide with a similar item you already own.

Are NK Hoodies Oversized?
Some NK hoodies are designed with an oversized or snug oversized fit.
Please read the product description carefully before ordering, as fit may vary between products.
If a product is oversized, this will be stated on the product page.
Will The Product Colour Look Exactly Like The Photos?
We do our best to show colours as accurately as possible.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, and device settings.

Will The Design Placement Look Exactly The Same?
We do our best to keep artwork, print placement, and product details consistent.
Because each item is made to order, small placement differences may occur depending on the product type, size, fabric, and production method.
The final product will still follow the design shown on the product page.
How Do I Care For My NK Products?
Care instructions may vary depending on the product.
For most apparel, we recommend:
• Cold gentle wash
• Wash inside out
• Do not bleach
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not iron directly over prints or artwork
Please check the product page or care label for item-specific care instructions.
Do You Restock Sold Out Items?
Some products may be restocked, while limited drops may not return.
If a product is part of a limited drop, restock details will be shared through our website, email list, or social media.
For early access and updates, we recommend joining the NK Movement.
What Are Limited Drops?
Limited drops are special NK releases available for a limited time or in limited quantities.
Once a limited drop sells out or closes, it may not return.
Please read the product page carefully before ordering, as limited drop items may have specific production and shipping timelines.

How Do Pre-Orders Work?
Pre-orders are used only for selected limited drops.
When NK opens a pre-order, the window is open for 4 days only.
During that window, customers can secure their piece before the public drop.
Once the pre-order window closes, reservations close with it. Customers who miss the window must wait until the public drop goes live.
The public drop usually goes live roughly 10 or more days later.
Production and shipping do not happen instantly. Please read the product page carefully for the production, shipping, and drop details before placing your order.

Can I Order Pre-Order Items And Other Items Together?
Yes, you can place them in the same order.
However, if your order includes a pre-order item, your full order may ship together once the pre-order item is ready unless stated otherwise.
If items are shipped separately, tracking details will be sent by email where available.
Will My Items Ship Together?
Where possible, we ship items together.
However, some items may ship separately depending on production times, product type, supplier, or shipping location.
If your order ships in multiple parcels, tracking details will be sent by email where available.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can also track your shipment using our Order Tracking page.
Please allow time for tracking to update after the carrier receives your parcel.
Why Hasn’t My Tracking Updated?
Tracking updates may take time to appear after your order has been shipped.
Courier scans can also be delayed during busy periods, public holidays, customs processing, or remote area delivery.
If your tracking has not updated straight away, this does not always mean the parcel has not been sent. Tracking updates depend on the carrier.
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us with your order number and tracking details.
What Should I Do If My Parcel Says Delivered But I Haven’t Received It?
Please first check your mailbox, front door, safe drop area, household members, building reception, or local post office.
If you still cannot locate the parcel, contact the courier using your tracking number.

What Is Your Returns, Refunds And Exchanges Policy?
Because NK items are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Unwanted items
• Ordering the wrong product, colour, or design
Please check the product description, size guide, colour, design, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

What Happens If I Ordered The Wrong Size, Colour, Or Product?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
If production has not started, we may be able to update your order.
Once production has started, we may not be able to make changes because each item is made to order.

Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
We may be able to update or cancel your order if production has not started.
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once production has started, we may not be able to cancel or change your order.
Can I Change My Shipping Address?
Please contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect.
If your order has not shipped, we may be able to update the address.
Once your order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
Nesian Kulture is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, returned parcels, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details entered at checkout.
What Happens If My Parcel Is Returned To Nesian Kulture?
If a parcel is returned to Nesian Kulture because of an incorrect address, missed delivery, unpaid customs fees, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer may need to pay the cost to resend the order.

No. Nesian Kulture is currently an online-only business.
